The German Patents and Trademark Office has decided that the registered trademark INTERNET GENESIS PROJECT (Reg.No. 306 19 156.3/35) (Owner: Cash Money Brothers Ltd. & Co. KG, Hamburg, Germany) will not be deleted (DPMA decision of May 26, 2009) because of an oppositon. Good for us!
